Foil Bouquet Care

Our foil balloon bouquets are professionally inflated with helium and are designed to stay looking great for several days.

Expected Float Time

• Foil balloons typically float for 3–5 days, although many will last a week or even longer.
• Float time can vary depending on room temperature and environmental conditions.

To Help Them Last Longer

• Keep bouquets indoors where possible.
• Avoid direct sunlight and conservatories.
• Keep away from radiators, fireplaces and other heat sources.
• Avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces.
• Position bouquets away from ceiling fans, air conditioning vents and open windows.

Hot Weather

Warm temperatures cause helium to expand, which can put extra pressure on foil balloons. During hot weather, keep bouquets in a cool environment and avoid leaving them in parked vehicles or conservatories.

Cold Weather

Foil balloons may temporarily appear wrinkled or partially deflated when exposed to cold temperatures. This is perfectly normal and they will usually return to their original appearance once back at room temperature.

Transporting Your Bouquet

If you're collecting your balloons:

• Transport them in a clean vehicle with plenty of space.
• Avoid placing balloons under heavy items or squeezing them into small spaces.
• Keep the vehicle cool and avoid leaving balloons inside unattended, especially during warm weather.

Important Information

Foil balloons retain helium much longer than latex balloons, but over time they will gradually lose a small amount of helium. This is completely normal and not a fault with the balloons.

While we take every care to ensure your balloons leave us in perfect condition, we cannot accept responsibility for damage or reduced float time caused by environmental factors, including:

• Heat or direct sunlight
• Sharp objects
• Pets or children
• Outdoor use
• Transportation after collection
• Smoke machines or excessive air movement
